Wellteen Her Plus is a carefully balanced formula to help maintain vitality and wellness, developed especially for teenagers and young women aged 13-19 years. It provides the original Wellteen Her comprehensive range of vitamins, minerals, CoQ10, L-Carnitine, Grape Seed, and Cranberry botanical extracts, plus a high-purity Omega-3 capsule. • Wellteen Her Plus includes vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, plus vitamins B12 and vitamin C, which contribute to normal energy release and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• It also includes iron, which contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.
• Wellteen Her Plus also includes Omega-3 EPA/DHA capsules. High-concentration Omega-3 fish oil provides DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid), which contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA.
