Sona Lecithin 1200mg Capsules contain only pure (98%) Lecithin obtained from soya beans. Lecithin is a natural emulsifier of fats and is extremely rich in Phosphatidyl Choline and Inositol, two of the most important nutrients in the control of dietary fats. Choline is also important for normal homocysteine metabolism, normal fat metabolism and normal liver function.
