Wellteen Him has been developed especially for teenagers and young men aged 13-19 years. It provides a comprehensive range of vitamins, minerals, Co-Q10 and botanical extract, Lycopene, to help support daily nutritional requirements.

• Wellteen Him includes vitamins B6, B12 and vitamin C which contribute to normal energy release and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Wellteen Him also includes biotin which contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, plus selenium and zinc which contribute to normal hair and nails.
• A range of nutrients including zinc, iron and iodine which contribute to normal cognitive function, whilst pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance to help support concentration levels when studying.
• Wellteen Him tablets include vitamin D and minerals such as magnesium and zinc which contribute to the maintenance of normal bone health. Vitamin D also helps the body with the absorption and utilisation of calcium from the diet.
• No preservatives, artificial colours, yeast. Gluten free.
• Not been tested on animals.

DIRECTIONS: Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not to be taken on an empty stomach. There is no need to take an additional multivitamin.

Teens aged 13 to 19 years: One tablet per day with your main meal.  Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed.
