Spatone Apple Daily Iron & Vitamin C Sachets are a daily supplement containing naturally occurring, iron-rich water from the mountains of Snowdonia, Wales – nothing else added! Iron helps the release of energy and supports a healthy immune system. Spatone Apple has added vitamin C (ascorbic acid) to aid iron absorption, and a delicious apple flavour.

DIRECTIONS:
Adults & Children over 2 years: Take one sachet daily.

To use, simply take it straight from the sachet or dilute it in juice high in vitamin C to increase iron absorption. To get the most out of Spatone, it is advised to take on an empty stomach. It’s best to allow a 30-45 minute gap before eating or drinking.
