Vitabiotics Pregnacare Breast-Feeding is an all-in-one supplement, formulated with key specific ingredients for the postnatal period, including essential fatty acids such as DHA. It provides the ideal follow-on product for mums after childbirth.

• Pregnacare Breast-Feeding contains 700mg of Calcium and 300mg of Omega-3 DHA, as recommended by experts when breast-feeding.
• In addition, Vitamins K & D and Magnesium help contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and Vitamins B6, B3 and Iron for normal energy release.
• Pregnacare Breast-feeding can also be taken as a general postnatal supplement for 6-9 months following childbirth, to replace depleted nutrients and assist the body following pregnancy, even if you are not breast-feeding.

DIRECTIONS: Swallow each tablet with water or a cold drink, ideally on a full stomach or with a main meal.
