Sona Starflower Oil 1000mg capsules provides 22% Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) the active ingredient in Starflower Oil. Each capsule also contains Natural Vitamin E, which is an essential vitamin and antioxidant, to protect cells against oxidative stress/ damage. No other Starflower Oil is any purer or provides more GLA than Sona.

Rich source of Gamma linolenic acid (GLA) which is a precursor of a hormone like substance called PGE1 which has a wide range of beneficial effects on the body:

• PGE1 may play a role in reducing PMS.
• Skin Health and calming of skin inflammation.
• Joint pain.
• Hormone balancing effects.
