To get the best out of your Salin Plus Air Purifier it is recommended that you replace your Salin Plus Filter every 4-6 months.

A lot of our customers ask how will they know when to replace the filter. Unfortunately, there isn’t a visual indicator on the device to let you know. The filter contains micro-crystalline deposits of salts which give the user the proven health benefits of salt therapy for respiratory conditions, allergies and sinus problems.

The filter cartridge contains 100% natural purified rock salt, rich in vital minerals, allowing you to carry out your ‘salt room therapy’ at home. The ingredients include over 98% sodium chloride, with the trace elements calcium chloride, magnesium and iodine.

Changing the Salin® Plus Filter

The following procedure must be used when changing your Salin® Plus Replacement Filter:

Unplug the AC/DC adaptor from the main voltage supply.
Remove the plug from the DC input jack in the back of the device.
Remove the lid and then pull out the filter.
Put back carefully a new filter into proper slots and put back the lid.
Renew the device's supply.
