O.R.S Sport Hydration Tablets are inspired by the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) oral rehydration solution. The tablets contain both a proven hydration formula and extra electrolytes to reduce fatigue and support muscle function. By replacing the salts and minerals your body loses in your sweat as you exercise, O.R.S Sport allows your body to restore electrolyte balance and absorb more water, faster.

• Available in two tasty flavours (Mixed Berry and Orange).
• Easy to use – Drop, dissolve and drink normal drinking water.

How to use: Add 2 tablets to 200ml of drinking water and allow to dissolve completely (stir if required). Sip slowly.

Adults & children aged 12 years and over: Consume 200ml (2 tablets) of solution whenever you need to maintain your body’s fluid level.
